The following terms apply to both wholesale and sample orders.

Min Order Quantity

Our MOQ starts at 30 pieces per design, with flexible options from 10 to 15 pieces for first-time orders.

Turn Around Time

Estimated 4–6 weeks, depending on product type, order quantity, and selling season.

The Discount Rate

  • Discounts start from 15% (available from August 1, 2025).
  • Open to negotiation for ALL ORDER QUANTITIES.

For Sample Order Policy

  • Sample orders are priced at 2× the wholesale rate.
  • Availability depends on specific production periods and product types.

Payment Methods

Lotus accepts the following payment methods:

  • Paypal (Friends & Family or Goods & Services)
  • Bank transfer
  • Western Union/Money Gram/Ria transfer/Remitly 

Shipping Methods

UPS/Fedex with estimated delivery time from 5-7 business days.

Custom Clearance Fees

  • Goods are declared at a low value to reduce customs duties.
  • At Lotus, additional charges are kept to a minimum. Estimated customs fees typically range from 1–2% of the order value, depending on local regulations. With other wholesale suppliers, buyers may incur additional charges ranging from 10–15%, often due to fuel surcharges or shipping-related costs. Lotus structures pricing and export operations to maintain cost transparency and support partners in managing orders within a stable and competitive budget range.

Compensation Policy

  • Returns are accepted within a maximum of 14 days from receipt only in cases of significant errors. After 14 days, all delivered goods are considered accepted and compliant.
  • Our compensation methods: 

(1) With minor defects: A discount of up to 20% on affected items may be offered, along with technical guidance to address the issue.

(2) With major defects: Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

– Clear evidence and detailed explanation of the defects must be provided for confirmation before return shipment.

– Return shipping must follow Lotus’s instructions; otherwise, the shipment may not be accepted.

– Return shipping costs are shared between the customer and Lotus.

– Refunds are issued via PayPal after inspection confirms that the defects match the information provided.
