With a team of 50 office staff and 1,200 production workers, Lotus supports partners through flexible MOQs, controlled costing, and additional design and branding services for long-term collaboration.

  • 2D Design and Mock-Up Area: Develop 2D mock-ups based on client concepts, defining structure, smocking layout, embroidery placement, and key specifications before production.

Production Process

Please note that materials and production resources have been arranged based on the confirmed 2D designs and approved production brief. Any changes at this stage may result in production delays and additional costs.

(1) 2D Design Mock Up: Develop designs based on the client’s original ideas, with additional input and refinement from the Lotus design team. Discover how the Lotus Design Team supports your ideas at no additional cost here.

(2) Material Sourcing: Advise and select fabrics and embroidery thread colors in alignment with the approved design.

(3) Embroidery Sample Production: Produce and test embroidery samples, and submit them to the client for review and approval prior to mass production.

(4) Mass Production: Execute bulk production based on the final approved design.

(5) Quality Control (QC): Inspect products according to Lotus’s standardized QC checklist to ensure quantity and quality compliance. Finished items are fitted on mannequins, photographed, and recorded on video for client review before shipment.

(6) Finished Products: Complete final order checks, confirm all details, and shipment.

Our Quality Standard

Before shipment, each product undergoes a standardized quality control process based on 06 criteria: quantity, form, size, fabric quality, color accuracy, and smocking & embroidery. Products are inspected against approved designs, size charts, and material specifications, with photos and videos provided for client confirmation. As handcrafted production allows natural variation, Lotus controls execution within defined tolerances to ensure consistency and alignment with approved standards.
