From idea development to shipment, the ordering process follows these steps:

(1) Create Your Design: Start with your concept or references. Learn more at Lotus Design Team.

(2) Detail Fulfillment: Confirm fabrics, colors, smocking, and embroidery details with guidance from the sales team to align with the overall design.

(3) Invoice and Payment: Receive a detailed invoice including design images, quantities, production cost, and shipping fees. A 70% deposit is required to proceed with mass production.

(4) Embroidery Sample Production: Produce one embroidery sample and receive photos and videos for approval prior to mass production.

(5) Mass Production: Execute mass production based on the approved sample. Estimated timeline from 4-6 weeks.
