ORDER PROCESS

Step 1: Choose the style

• For boys: bubble, longall, shortall, loungewear, two-piece set, etc.
• For girls: bishop neck style, bubble, dress, two-piece set, etc.

Step 2: Choose the fabric

• Popular options: knit, woven, linen, cotton
• Others: seersucker, bamboo
• You can also provide us with a sample of the fabric you want

Step 3: Choose the color for fabric

• Trending colors: white, red, navy, pink
• Others: you can choose any color you want

Step 4: Choose the pattern on fabric (if any)

• For plain-colored clothing: you can skip this step
• Trending patterns: floral, bow, polka, etc.
• You can also provide us with a sample of the pattern you want

Step 5: Choose the pattern on smock/clothes (if any)

• If you don’t want a pattern on smock, you can skip this step
• We can smock names and any customized patterns you want

Step 6: Choose the technique for pattern (if any)

• If you don’t want a pattern on smock, you can skip this step
• Popular techniques: French knot, machine embroidery, hand embroidery, geometric smock
• You can also provide us with a sample of the technique you want

Step 7: Choose the thread color

You can choose from our catalog or any color you want

Step 8: Choose matching accessories (if any)

• Popular options: headband, bow, socks, bag, etc.
• You can also provide us with a sample of the accessories you want

Additional notes:

• If you have any additional requests such as those about the length of the clothes, customized name, extra layers for skirt/dress, etc, please feel free to let us know.
• We will:
  • Create a sample design based on your requirement for you to review
  • If you’re satisfied, we will send it to the factory to start production.
  • If you’re not satisfied, we will fix it until it meets your requirements.

WHOLESALE POLICY

1. Shipping Time

• Shipping by FedEx: 5 – 7 working days
• Shipping by sea: 30 – 40 working days (may vary depending on specific country and port)

2. Price Policy

• Price terms are FOB prices (Incoterms 2000)
• FOB prices are product prices, not including shipping fees.

3. Sample policy

Price for sample: From 25 – 40 USD/piece (bubble, romper, longall, shortall, loungewear, top, bottom, outfit, etc.)

Sample quantity: Maximum 1 piece per style

TAT for sample orders: 2 – 3 weeks after you confirm the order

• For sample order from 1 – 10 pcs: ~ 2 weeks
• For sample order from 11 – 20 pcs: 2 – 3 weeks
• For sample order from 21 – 30 pcs: 3 – 4 weeks

TAT may take 3 – 5 days extra for complicated designs. TAT is counted after you confirm the order and complete payment. 

Standard shipping: All sample orders will be shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS. Shipping time will vary, depending on the destinations.
